زعمت تقارير صحفية إيطالية أن هناك اهتمامًا من جانب نادي النصر السعودي بضم أحد المهاجمين في صفوف الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي برشلونة في الميركاتو الصيفي الحالي.

وتسعى الأندية في الدوري السعودي لضم أفضل اللاعبين في الفترة الحالية، وعلى رأسها النصر الذي قام بالتعاقد مع أكثر من لاعب مثل ساديو ماني، إيمريك لابورت ومارسيلو بروزوفيتش.

وبحسب شبكة “Sport Italia” الإيطالية فإن نادي النصر يرغب وبشدة في التعاقد مع جناح برشلونة، رافينها، لتدعيم صفوفه الهجومية.

O duelo

He did not have to deal with Malinga in the opening exchanges, but when he did, de Kock’s stumps were broken by a crunching yorker.South Africa stuck to the strategy of holding de Villiers back and sent JP Duminy at No.3. Duminy’s intent to give himself some time bore fruit in the ninth over. Thisara Perera was driven down the ground, slammed over long-on and then scooped for six. Ajantha Mendis was taken for 12 runs in the next over.Duminy had Hashim Amla for company for 6.2 overs and put on fifty runs to give South Africa stability if not speed, which could come when Amla, the only batsman to have a strike-rate below 100, hit the ball straight to short cover. De Villiers was under some pressure but dealt with it well against both Mendis and Malinga. Mathews had the measure of him when he held back both the pace and the length to an advancing de Villiers, who top-edged.With de Villiers gone, Duminy should have anchored the chase and left the slogging to Miller but could not hold back. Mick Newell has admitted that it is a case of “now or never” if he is to become England coach.Newell, the longest serving head coach in first-class county cricket, will be interviewed for the England role sometime in the next couple of weeks and accepts that it will probably represent his final chance to gain the job he sees as “the ultimate.””It probably is a question of now or never for me,” Newell told ESPNcricinfo. “I’m 49 now and, by the time England look again, I can see them thinking I may be too old.”It’s likely to be at least three years before the chance comes around again, isn’t it? I haven’t been told when the interviews will take place yet, but yes, I have been asked for an interview and I expect it will be in the next week or two. Maybe even the end of this week.”Newell has been with Nottinghamshire for 30 years, first as a player and then as a coach, and assumed the head coach role in 2002. The club has subsequently won the County Championship twice – in 2005 and 2010 – and won the YB40 trophy in 2013. He has previously been linked to the Bangladesh coaching role but withdrew, citing the difficulty of spending time away from his children.”I have a great job here at Nottinghamshire,” he said. “But the England role is the ultimate for an English coach. A desembargadora Adriana Lopes Moutinho Daudt D’Oliveira, relatora do recurso em segunda instância na 8ª Câmara Criminal do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ), negou liminar no fim da manhã desta terça-feira e manteve a investigação contra Neymar por suposto crime ao divulgar imagens de Najila Trindade Mendes de Souza – o crime de divulgação de fotos intimas na internet prevê penas de um a cinco anos de prisão, se condenado. Na decisão, a magistrada relatou os argumentos do pedido. Os advogados alegaram que foi “instaurado inquérito policial com o intuito de verificar a tipificação do artigo 218-C do Código Penal”, ressaltando que Neymar foi intimado para comparecer à delegacia e prestar depoimento – o que de fato aconteceu, com o jogador indo à Cidade da Polícia, no Rio de Janeiro, na Delegacia de Repressão a Crimes de Informática da Polícia Civil do Rio.

Os argumentos seguiram que Neymar divulgou o vídeo no Instagram para, publicamente, se defender da acusação do suposto crime de estupro. Os advogados disseram que o jogador está resguardado pela excludente de ilicitude, sustentando que “não há como imputar qualquer responsabilidade” a Neymar. Foi solicitado no recurso que o Inquérito Policial seja trancado, no mérito, e em liminar, suspenso – o que não foi atendido pela desembargadora.

Ao negar a liminar, a desembargadora afirmou que o recurso foi apresentado com “os mesmos argumentos já deduzidos” pelo juiz em primeira instância, que apreciou somente o pedido liminar, aguardando a manifestação da Autoridade Policial e do Ministério Público para julgamento do mérito. A magistrada afirmou ainda ao justificar a negativa do recurso que não vislumbra “prova incontestável da ilegalidade apontada” pelos advogados. Completou requisitando informações para o juiz de primeiro grau.

Ao prestar depoimento sobre o caso na última semana, Neymar afirmou que é responsável pela parte do vídeo em que aparece falando sobre o assunto, mas que não juntou o vídeo com as mensagens da conversa com Najila Trindade por não ter conhecimento técnico e que a ação foi feita por um membro de sua assessoria e um técnico de informática. Neymar afirmou ainda que pediu para que os responsáveis preservassem as partes intimas da modelo, porém, em sua concepção, houve um descuido e as imagens acabaram vazando.

Em 1ª instância, na última quinta-feira, o juiz Paulo Roberto Sampaio Jangutta, da 41ª Vara Criminal do TJRJ, já havia negado o pedido liminar destes advogados que entraram com este recurso de habeas corpus. Na última sexta, vale lembrar, a assessoria de Neymar soltou nota afirmando que os advogados que entraram com este pedido não fazem parte da defesa do atleta. E que peticionaram pela extinção da ação, sem julgamento do mérito – o que aguarda decisão.

Horas depois de o LANCE! ter noticiado este segundo recurso na Justiça, negado para paralisar a investigação contra Neymar, a defesa do jogador, por meio de nota oficial via assessoria de imprensa, reafirmou que irá pedir nos autos a extinção do processo sem o julgamento do mérito. De acordo com o comunicado, assinado por Maíra Fernandes, o grupo irá entrar com uma representação na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil contra os advogados que entraram com este pedido de habeas corpus no TJRJ. Confira a nota:

“É com espanto e indignação que a defesa recebe a notícia de nova impetração de habeas corpus em favor de Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior, por advogados não constituídos pelo atleta. A devida representação será encaminhada à Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, para apuração de infração ético-disciplinar. A defesa constituída também requererá a extinção do processo sem julgamento do mérito ao E. Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Lamentamos que interesses outros se sobrepujem à garantia fundamental à defesa“

A series win during the next five weeks would be their third in a row, although the first away from home since November 2011 when they beat Zimbabwe 1-0.Williamson will link up with his international colleagues after flying from England tomorrow, where he has spent the first part of the county season as Yorkshire’s dependable overseas batsman. He played in their Roses Championship draw against Lancashire, which finished with rain ruining a potentially intriguing final day.New Zealand head into the series on the back of home victories against India and the West Indies either side of Christmas – a 2-0 success in a three-match series coming against the latter before the festive period. But their last away success in a series consisting of more than one Test came against Bangladesh when they won a two-match series 1-0 in October 2008.”It will certainly be a good challenge in their conditions,” Williamson said, who has scored 303 runs at 43.28 from six Championship matches for Yorkshire, a haul which he described as “steady”.”We played them at home and did very well. But, as we all know, the conditions are the complete opposite to what we’re used to, so spin and things like that come into it a lot more. It will be a great challenge for us and one we’re looking forward to.
